Colville National Forest Rangers >> The Colville Forest Reserve was established by proclamation from President Theodore Roosevelt on March 1, 1907. Colville National Forest is now in the Pacific Northwest Region (R-6). The Forest is located in northeastern Washington and covers about 1.5 million acres.
