He was the dean of the forestry profession in the United States. >> Closet Naturalists by Elers Koch, D-1 --- Responded to Munns article, Trailing the Enemy," in the April 25 issue of the Service Bulletin. Koch argues that it is important gather information from field observation. Munns said we could gather information from fire reports.
