Stanislaus National Forest Rangers >> The forest is located in the central Sierra Nevada Mountains between Yosemite National Park and Lake Tahoe. Forest Supervisors' Office is located in Sonora, CA. There are now three ranger districts: Groveland, Highway 120; Calaveras, Highway 4; and Sugarpine (Summit-Miwok), Highway 108. >> Museum volunteers have worked with the National Forest to compile a list of District Rangers, by Ranger Districts.
