In 1973 Dickerman was appointed Deputy Chief Research. >> Robert E, Buckman, born 1927 Superior Wisconsin, began working for the Lake States Experiment Station in 1955. In 1976 Buckman was named Deputy Chief Research replacing Dickerman. Buckman served as Deputy Chief for 10 years. |
