Kenneth P. Davis Trunk >> Heavy wood trunk with five interior drawers. Constructed with 1 inch dimension lumber with two rope handles. Believed to be constructed by the Forest Service or during the time Davis worked for the Forest Service - since the heavy reddish paper covering the drawers appears similar to covers of Forest Service binders/reports. >> Five Drawers are labeled: Photographs; House Papers & Income Tax; Letters and Clippings; Newspaper Clippings, and Programs >> Lettering: "The Keepsake Box" on exterior trunk top is believed to been applied years later. |
